At Simple Soirées, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our luxury disposable tablescapes. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, thoughtfully designed in our Johannesburg studio. However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns Due to Damage or Faulty Goods
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Process: Email us at info@simplesoirees.co.za with your order number and photographs clearly showing the damage or fault.
Resolution: We will gladly arrange a replacement, a store credit, or a full refund, including any standard shipping costs incurred. This applies to all customers, both in South Africa and internationally.
2. Change of Mind / Unwanted Items
We understand that sometimes a product isn’t quite right. We are happy to accept returns for unused and unopened items in their original saleable packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and in a resalable condition. We cannot accept returns on items where the original packaging has been opened or damaged.
Process: Please contact us at info@simplesoirees.co.za to request a return. Please note:
South African Customers: You are responsible for the cost of safely returning the items to us.
International Customers: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Simple Soirées cannot be held liable for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process a refund to your original method of payment, or issue a store credit, as you prefer. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products where the sealed packaging has been opened or compromised.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer care team at info@simplesoirees.co.za within the specified timeframe.
Provide Details: Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Wait for Instructions: We will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number and the correct return address. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Refund Processing
All refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
